REPEAT-PROJECT INCENTIVES

Investor, Builder & Flipper Program

As low as 2%

Reduced listing fees for qualifying repeat business

Investor, builder, and flipper transactions may qualify for reduced listing fees as low as 2%, depending on volume, transaction type, property condition, and business relationship.

  • New-construction listings
  • Remodeled and renovated homes
  • Repeat flip projects
  • Multiple-property or portfolio opportunities

The exact fee, services, property eligibility, and project requirements are established in a written agreement. Contact Peter for a custom program.

Built for repeat transactions

A reduced rate can make more sense when the work is part of an ongoing relationship or several qualifying properties are marketed together. It is not an automatic rate for every property.

ALREADY HAVE A BUYER AND SELLER?

Transaction-only coordination

1%

or a $2,500 minimum, whichever is greater

For qualifying transactions in which the buyer and seller have already found each other and agreed on the basic business terms, Lekol Realty may provide limited transaction coordination under a written agreement.

  • Prepare and organize transaction documents using appropriate forms
  • Coordinate signatures, disclosures, deadlines, and closing communication
  • Maintain transaction records and help the parties follow the written timeline

Why the minimum matters

A percentage alone can become too small on a lower-priced home, vacant lot, or other modest transaction even though the compliance, documentation, communication, recordkeeping, and closing coordination still require substantial work.

This is not automatic dual representation and is not legal advice. The brokerage relationship, scope of service, conflicts, consent requirements, and fee must be documented before work begins. Some transactions may require separate representation or attorney involvement.
