Real-time financial visibility

Owners can review current property profit-and-loss information at any time through our property-management software.

Late fees go to the owner

When a tenant pays a late fee, it is credited to the landlord according to the management agreement.

No lease-renewal fee

We do not charge the landlord for renewing an existing tenant’s lease.

One placement fee per tenancy

The tenant-placement fee equals one-half of one month's rent, is charged once to place a tenant, and is not charged again while that tenant remains in the property.

No tenant background-check charge to owners

Lekol Realty does not charge landlords a separate fee for applicant background checks.

Owner visibility

Rent activity, maintenance records, invoices, statements, lease status, and renewal planning.
